Bandai’s Persona D-Arts line has been a little all-over-the-place. First we had Izanagi, and then the Thanatos announcement. A while back they showed off almost a dozen new Persona D-Arts from both 3 and 4, but sadly (or not, depending on your perspective) the D-Arts announcement was a bit of a lie: the Personas are D-Arts, and the people Figuarts Zero, with the first being the MC. He ended up being an exclusive, so people have been wondering where exactly this line is headed. Exclusive or non-exclusive? Action figures or static?
Well, we have some official shots and info about Thanatos! He is ¥4,500, is set for an April release, and best of all he is almost definitely a standard run! This is great news, and you should be able to place an order for him soon. And he follows the theme of D-Arts Personas, so I bet the Persona 3 static MC will be up for order soon… and hopefully also as a regular release!
