Well, it’s another day jam-packed with Persona 4 news! This time it’s Bandai’s Figuarts Zero Shujinkou (aka the main character) from Persona 4, which was previously mis-labled as being a D-Arts. So it looks like this line is half-D-Arts, half-Figuarts Zero! It looks like the Personas will be poseable and the characters static for the most part. Well I for one am not going to complain, as Shujinkou is looking damn fine here. He is, of course, to scale with D-Arts Izanagi so you can set up some awesome scenes!
[UPDATE] So it looks like this is a Tamashii Web Exclusive, because Bandai loves to screw over their fans. On the plus side this means he will be made to order, so no mad AmiAmi refreshing. On the bad side… well, it’ll be a lot more.

Gah! Why must he be an exclusive! It means I’m going to have to look into a good proxy service now, since I was pretty much heart set on collecting the male figures from this specific Persona 4 line. D:
There are a lot of proxy services, so I am sure you can find a good one! Mioboutique is really great, they charge minimal fees but their ordering process is a bit confusing and they ship slow. Yokatta is reliable, probably the most of any of them, but they charge a bit more. Tokyohunter is prone to disappearing for weeks at a time, so I don’t recommend him, and Big In Japan is downright terrible. Hope this helps!
Can I ask what’s terrible about Big in Japan? I was considering ordering from them. The figure comes out in May, so I hope that the order isn’t forgotten since it’s only January right now.
I have personally had some very bad experiences there and know a few other people who have as well: basically their customer service is terrible and they are downright rude to their customers. They are snarky, won’t let you combine orders, threaten to close your account if you take less than 24 hours to pay (no matter what the circumstances), don’t let you change shipping methods, etc. We used to order all of our exclusives there when they didn’t have a pay upfront policy, so we’ve dealt with them on about… 20+ orders, maybe more, and it’s like pulling teeth every time.

He has yet to go up for order, so as of right now there’s no way to get him. I don’t know how long they are going to wait to put him up, but when they do you can only order him if you live in Japan, and you’ll have to use a proxy otherwise.
