I’ve heard a lot of people wishing for a full set of the Infinite Stratos girls in their battle suits. Bandai has heard the pleas of the fans and as we learned at Tamashii Nations they are making all of the main cast in their huge, weaponized mechas! Cecilia Alcott and her suit Blue Tears are up first, and damn does she look awesome. The joints are surprisingly good for a Bandai figure of a human (they used to not be so good at that), and the colors are vibrant and lovely.
Cecilia is part of the Composite Ver.Ka line, which sadly means high prices. Cecilia is going to be ¥7,800, which is quite a lot of money for an action figure! Her height is listed as only 200mm, and I really hope that is just Cecilia, because paying $100 for a mech that’s less than 8″ seems like a travesty. She will be released in March and orders should be opening soon, but I am still very much on the fence about this release.
