And now we have the painted reveal of the Dead Master Nendoroid, to go along with the figma Black Gold Saw! I really loved BGS but Dead Master is…. uh… really weird-looking. I mean, the green they used for her horns, wings & glasses is so awfully garish, it looks like she’s radioactive. And the veil is just gooey and gross looking, like she’s melting. Really, I’m not sure what went wrong here, but I sure hope they fix it before she goes up for order.

Does anyone watch the anime to go with the merchandise?? Dead Master DOES look kinda radioactive in the anime series, but not in a bad way IMO.
Maybe the anime series version doesn’t look as good as the OVA version though – I need to look and think about that one some.
Before final judgements are made, I would wait for official photos with better lighting. I agree that lighting is possibly more of an issue than you would think just taking a quick glance…..
