Griffon used to knock out a new Touhou Project figure seemingly once a week. Now the pace seems to be slowing a bit in order to make room for the massive amount of re-releases they’ve been doing, but thankfully we do get a few new girls every once in a while! This time it’s the new version of Keine Kamishirasawa, announced in early September. Their first one didn’t really do anything for me, but I am loving this Hakutaku version and her fluffy tail, it’s so cute! Add in some horns and two-toned hair and I am sold. Of course she faces the same issues that seem to plague all Griffon girls: her face is very similar to the rest of the line and her pose isn’t that interesting. Honestly, these things don’t bother me: I love their Touhou girls and the basic poses like this often mean you can display them sans-base!
