It seems like Hobby Stock’s Mikumo line is reaching an end: a year ago at Wonder Festival they announced 6 releases, and now we finally have promotional shots of Mikumo 06: Yume Miru Kotori. This is definitely one of my favorites of the designs, and while they’ve all presented very different takes on Miku I love this quieter, more contemplative version of the blue-haired diva.
This figure will retail for ¥3,939, around the same price as the rest of the line, and stands about 4 inches high. Release is slated for May and orders should go up very soon, though I really hope this won’t be the last of the Mikumos! There are so many songs and versions of the character to draw upon, and it would be nice to see them branch out into the rest of the Vocaloids too–I mean, who wouldn’t want some different versions of, say, Luka or Kaito? Personally, I am hoping for a Daughter of Evil Rin!
