Despite being (sadly) limited to only a manga, Yotsuba&! has proved surprisingly and lastingly popular in the figure world. Kaiyodo has probably been the most prolific producers of Yotsuba&! merchandise with their Revoltechs and trading figures, but now they’re moving onto something new! First up we’ve got a 9 inch tall soft vinyl figure of Yotsuba herself, retailing for ¥2,800 with a December release.
Then there’s an actual cardboard kit of Danboard. Genius! We’ve gotten action figures and plastic kits of her before, but this venture into papercraft territory is pretty darn smart given what Danboard is actually made out of. The joints are made of plastic, and she comes in at a whopping 14″ tall! The Danboard kit will retail for ¥2,800 like Yotsuba, and will also be released in December.
