Well, the 2012 Summer Olympics are set to start this Friday and to celebrate the games it seems like Kidrobot is giving us a new figure. The Faster Higher Stronger ‘Bots are 3″ tall and feature a needle of “juice” and a dumbbell with the bot in a jumpsuit outfit. This little guy is pretty cute, but I’m not a fan of the whole “juice” addition; it’s funny, but in incredibly poor taste, and if Kidrobot hadn’t already faded into obscurity, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest to see this plastered all over the media due to what it implies about the United States Olympic team. That being said, if you want to add him to your collection, he’ll be available starting on July 27th and will be an edition of 2012 pieces retailing for $14.95 (£12 UK, €13.90 EU) and will be available from Kidrobot’s website, Kidrobot stores, and other Kidrobot retailers.
