I have been anticipating Kotobukiya’s Alisa Bosconovitch Bishoujo for a long time now, as she pretty much hits all of my favorite figure points (except for animal ears!). Soft purples & pinks, pink hair, mecha wings, an interesting pose and a nice butt! We’ve known since back at NYCC that Alisa would get an alternate colorway, and with the release of the original getting closer it’s time for a peek at this new version.
This is a limited & exclusive edition, with only 1,000 pieces made. The release date seems to be June, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this was one of their SDCC releases because of its exclusive nature–unless, of course, it’s limited to their webstore but so far there has not been an exclusive Bishoujo that was online-only. No matter how she is released she looks lovely, with the orange really popping. The price seems to be the same as the first version–¥6,800–and hopefully we’ll get some more solid details on her soon!
[UPDATE] Alisa is currently up for order at Kotobukiya’s online store, and several proxies have her up for order: Big In Japan and Mioboutique. However, she is going to get a US release that will be much cheaper so I’d recommend waiting for it unless you want to pay an extra $30+!
