Max Factory tends to focus on cute girls from popular shows and games, but every once in a while they manage to sneak something quirky and awesome in there. That’s definitely the case for their 1/7 scale figure of Samurai from 7th Dragon 2020, who was shown off sculpted at Wonder Festival. The paint here looks spectacular and the details are SO sharp–though really, what else do you expect when you get Max Factory, sculptor Shining Wizard @ Sawachika, and illustrator Shirow Miwa together? This game is chock-full of awesome character designs, so I am really hoping Samurai is popular enough to warrant them making a few more in the series.
