There are already quite a few different versions of Kaiyodo’s Iron Man Revoltech out there, both regular and exclusive releases, but it seems like they think we really need some more. They showed off Iron Man’s Mark II suit, which is entirely silver, and while it looks cool I don’t really understand why they are doing yet another version of him. I guess the first few have sold really well, and I do think collectors will like this new version. However, I wish they’d branch out and do more Marvel characters if they have the license! Iron Man will retail for ¥3,500 and pre-order info should be coming soon.

Iron Man is like a fucking cancer… US retailers are still crammed with IM2 stuff a year later (I do have to give those a little credit since these are actual suits the character has used as opposed to a lot of the Spiderman lines where they make stuff up). Whole thing is nuts, though.
At any rate, Iron Man does kinda work for the line since the joints look better on robotic-like characters. I can’t think of a lot of Marvel characters I’d want to see as a revoltech (figma is a slightly different matter). I mean, it would be nice for them to do a Wolverine but, honestly, I doubt they could top the Toybiz sculpt.
