Nendoroid Sena Kashiwazaki Is A Gamer’s Best Friend

At Wonder Festival this summer we saw the prototypes of two Nendoroids from the light novel Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, and Yozora has already gone up for order. We knew that her partner in grumpiness, Sena, would be painted soon, but Good Smile Company timed this perfectly–the anime for the show is starting up tomorrow, and Sena is going up for order tomorrow as well!

While the base design of the Nendoroid is very lovely, especially her clear butterfly hairpin, she’s worth getting for the extra faces and accessories alone. First off, let’s talk about her faces. She comes with her standard grumpy face, and an adorable crying/frustrated one, but the highlight for me is her star-struck face. That one is going to get a lot of use, I think! I can just imagine it on Kirino… anyway, Sena comes with tons of extra parts as well, to recreate a variety of scenes.

But the extra parts and awesome expressions are just icing on the cake that is Sena’s amazing accessories. She comes with a couch like Yozora, and the two couches can actually be put together to form one giant couch! Then she comes with the makings of a clubroom–a flatscreen TV, a TV stand, a PS2, a controller, and even a PSP! OH. MY. GOD. This is like a Nendoroid accessory dream kit! I’m so tempted to order multiples of her, both for the accessories and for the faces. This is one freaking spectacular Nendoroid package, and even if you don’t like bitchy tsunderes it is most certainly worth buying!
