We took a look at the anime & manga Nendoroids, now it’s time for those with game-based origins! Actually, this is more like the “Miku Miku Miku” Nendo post. Seriously, it’s almost ALL Miku. There’s the ones previewed in Mikatan’s teasers: the Yukata Miku (a design from Project Diva), Jumbo Miku, and a Nendo based on the design of their life-sized mascot… aka creepy Miku. Then there’s a Santa Miku, Sakura Miku, and several Petits: the Append set, and a Chinese Miku Petit. Oh, there was one non-Miku Vocaloid: Gumi from last WonFest is now sculpted!
So what were the game-related Nendos that aren’t Vocaloids? Well honestly, there aren’t too many! We’re getting a companion Nendoroid to the Male Monster Hunter one that’s, you guessed it, a Female Monster Hunter. Then there’s Asuna Yuuki from Sword Art Online, and Aoko made another appearance. Last but not least are the Touhou girls: Alice is finally sculpted, and Fujiwara no Mokou is the next in the line!

So much Miku… and yet, all so cute. Particularly the yukata and Santa ones!
Mega Miku, Mokou and Ms Monster Hunter! Also some other things that don’t begin with M’s. And looks like I’m gonna be paying out proxy fees for touhou nendos for SOME TIME yet. Surprised Mokou has a nendo coming, leapfrogging (what I’d guess were) more popular characters like Aya, Yukari and Patchouli. Not complaining though, oh no.
