A few months ago, Taito announced that they would be adding figures of the Infinite Stratos girls in wedding dresses to their Kuji Honpo line. This is similar to Banpresto’s Ichiban Kuji line in theory: higher-end prize figures offered lottery-style. Ichiban Kuji is pretty awesome so I was looking forward to the sculpts for these, but unfortunately they fall a bit flat. From the waist up they are nice but the skirts are stiff and awkward: they look like regular prize figures (and lower-end ones at that) instead of the fancy sculpts I am used to for lottery items.
At least this means that they will likely be cheap on the after-market! There’s also a rare version of Charlotte Dunois in a gold dress, but I don’t really get the gold wedding dress thing so I find the regular version a lot more appealing. The lottery should start soon (but is of course Japan-only) so expect these to show up on sites like Mandarake soon!
