Good Smile Company sure loves Miku Hatsune: honestly, they might as well change their mascot to her. One of the clearest instances of their undying love for the blue-haired diva is Racing Miku, who gets a new design (along with a Nendoroid, figma, and scaled figure) every year! At Wonder Festival the 2012 design was unveiled, along with an announcement for a Nendoroid and figma. Orders actually opened before she was even sculpted, but I’m sure a lot of people were waiting for the painted reveal.
Now we’re getting a low-res look at this cutie, and she looks great! They really go all-out on exclusive Nendoroids, and of course Miku here is no exception. The hair is stunning, and the car and umbrella are very nice accessories. Orders close on May 7th, so you still have a while to make up your mind. For me personally, this is definitely looking like a must-buy!
