Lily is one of the newer Vocaloids, and given her more Americanized popstar appearance, one of the most controversial. Her scaled figure was met with outcries about the tackiness of her “tramp stamp” but Lily sold well–so well she got a re-release! Now it seems she’s expanding into a territory dominated by the Vocaloid family, Nendoroids.
A sketch of Lily’s Nendoroid-form is up, along with all 3 of her faces! This is pretty rare for an initial reveal, and that third face is just priceless. It looks like they’ve also kept all of the details on her outfit, and if rendered properly this is sure to be an awesome figure. She is also coming with a microphone stand, which will be nice to use with other Nendos! It’s definitely nice to see a Vocaloid other than Miku take the spotlight, and it seems like now almost all of the major ones have Nendoroids!

….was the tramp stamp THAT big a deal?? That just shows how old I am – I still remember when they were THAT in. Stands to reason that the stamp would be that out eventually. You kids still dig tattoos in general, right??
I am not a big fan of the Vocaloid characters but some of these figures coming out lately have been looking FANTASTIC. Racing Miku, Taka’s Luka, missed out on Taka’s Miku, oh and how can I forget some of these Nendos. I thought scaled Lily looked cool as well.
And I think that is why I haven’t bought any other than Racing Miku (preorder)….I don’t want to become a Vocaloid tool ^_^
She looks great so far, lively and balanced colour palette. Her third face is kinda similar to Luka’s third option but it is an excellent face so yep, why not?

The third face is the Face of the “Honey Lily” I hope they put some Bee Antenna as changeable headwear too.
