The Dollfie Dream Gathering is going on right now, and it seems Volks has some surprise reveals in store for us! First is a new option head, the DDH-07. My question is the same as when they revealed DDH-06: where is 05?! It’s very odd that they just skipped a number. Volks, you so silly.
I really like the sculpt here, it’s like a more mature (and less grumpy) 02. I find sharp eyes like that very appealing, which is probably why I love Miki so much. There will of course be a standard release for this head when it’s added to the regular lineup, but we’ll probably get a painted release as well. There’s also one more bit of news: Volks is doing another After School Akihabara Girl. Not really a huge surprise, since the line seems quite popular!
