But after the undeniable popularity of Nendoroids Iron Man and <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/nendoroid-spider-man-is-ready-to-fight-crime" target="_blank">Spider-Man</a>, it’s clear that there is no stopping this money train any time soon! At last Winter WonFest <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/winter-wonder-festival-2013-max-factorys-avengers-figmas" target="_blank">most of the figmas were sculpted</a>, and it seems we are getting our first painted release. No surprise, it’s Spidey from <em>The Amazing Spider-Man</em>! We also have a closer look at the other sculpts.</p> <p>He looks good, though a little bit like a contortionist.     Max Factory Shows Off figma Spider-Man And More!

    3A Announces Figures of Portal 2′s ATLAS & P-body

First up was the Companion Square (which will not be coming out until SDCC it seems), and now they’re… still working on Portal! Not really a surprise, but they’ve unveiled large figures of Portal 2‘s ATLAS and P-body. The raw sculpts here are looking amazing, though 3A’s larger pieces certainly don’t come cheap. Hopefully they are smart and actually take pre-orders of these goofy robots: I have a feeling a LOT of people will want to own them regardless of the cost!

    3A’s Amazing Companion Square

    Recently 3A announced that they were doing figures with Valve, though I think everyone assumed it would be a while before we got any actual info as they’re not the fastest company. However, they decided to work pretty quickly and are already showing off the first piece in the line–a Companion Square! This is one detailed mech and is most certainly something that fans of the game will be looking forward to. Other than that the only other things shown off are the Tomorrow Kings, the 10 Finger Gang, K.I.D Sarge, who is a variation of the Square and will be an exclusive to the Square MK2 10 pack, the 3AA exclusive Medic Grunt/Nurse Betsy MK2 set, and the EMGY Grunt. First up, as seen in the header, is the finished Zaku collaboration with Bandai.     Well, we knew that today ThreeA would be putting up their awesome 16.5″ tall Caesar figures in a whopping 12 colorways including the special Ap-Pel Steve Jobs tribute colorway (all of which are now available on Bambaland), but there was also a little surprise in store as well that’s highly unstable: the WWR Square Bomb 1/6th! This little guy seems to have a bomb on his head and doesn’t know the wiser of it and is labeled unstable on the front.     Earlier today we showed you the newest addition to the WWR world of ThreeA, Caesar, and now, we have an image of the secret colorway, which is, by far, the best colorway. This tribute piece to Apple Computer’s Steve Jobs entitled Ap-Pel features the classic 80s Apple rainbow on the shield as well as Steve J written on its chest. It also comes in a beige colorway familiar to anyone who owned a Mac computer pre-iMac and is without a doubt, one of the best tie ins I’ve ever seen. This figure will be released alongside the other pieces on Wednesday the 14th at 9:00 am Hong Kong time on the Bambaland store and is said to be about the same run size as all of the other colorways. I’d love to add this piece to my collection, but at $230, it’s quite pricey, but are any of you readers thinking of picking this piece up due to its amazing colorway?

Each piece retails for ¥4,800 and shipping will be a flat rate of ¥2,000 for EMS shipping regardless of the number of figures ordered.
