  • Kotobukiya’s horror Bishoujo line has given us quite a few gender-swapped baddies in 1/7 scale plastic, and next up to the table is Michael Meyers! After Freddy and Jason this seems like a natural progression, no? While this may be an expected announcement it’s still exciting for me, because I adore Halloween. What horror fan doesn’t? I even got to see John Carpenter do the theme live! It’s hard to tell from just the silhouette but this is looking pretty awesome already. [via Kotobukiya’s Facebook]

  • Happy Halloween, Plastikitties! That’s right, the day of candy and costumes is finally upon us. I remember being a little kid and getting so excited, coming home after trick or treating with way too much candy. I always tried to save it for as long as possible, to the point that I’d still have some stashed under my bed when Easter rolled around. Except for the mini chocolate bars, which mysteriously went missing. I know it was you, parents! Anyway, Stephen and I had a Halloween-themed shoot planned, but hurricane Sandy prevented us from doing any prop or lighting shopping. Damn you weather, ruining our plans! But we’re all safe and sound at least, so we put together a gallery of moe-tastic Halloween images for you to fawn over. Have a happy Witching Hour, everyone!
