  • <p><a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/?attachment_id=83713" rel="attachment wp-att-83713"></a></p> <p>Well, this was an unexpected, yet pleasant addition today at Toy Fair! Following up on the Batman from the <em>Batman: The Animated Series</em> ArtFX+, we’re now getting Harley Quinn and The Joker as well! I really love how the Harley here captures her more playful side from the show as opposed to the hyper sexualized versions we’ve been getting lately due to <em>Suicide Squad</em>, and The Joker has his iconic purple suit and massive grin, which I will always love in any form. The pair are both quite nice looking and are, honestly, must haves for any fans of the iconic show.</p>

We’ve know about <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/sdcc-2016-kotobukiyas-ikeman-line" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Kotobukiya’s Ikemen line</a> for a while, and in fact Nightwing has <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/comic-toys/sdcc-2017-ikemen-nightwing-red-hood" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">been finished for quite some time</a>, but I have been counting down the hours until I got to see him in person. And it was glorious. Just look at that butt! They didn’t even neglect the bulge ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I am all about equal opportunity sexy figures.</p> <p>Oh, they had more than Nightwing in their DC section, though! A lot, actually. The star for me was the huge ArtFX Wonder Woman who is just… so beautiful. Dead-on likeness for Gal. They also had a ton of ArtFX+ figures, both the Justice League line and the TV show line.     Finally, it has happened. We’ve know about Kotobukiya’s Ikemen line for a while, and in fact Nightwing has been finished for quite some time, but I have been counting down the hours until I got to see him in person. And it was glorious. Just look at that butt! They didn’t even neglect the bulge ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I am all about equal opportunity sexy figures.

    Oh, they had more than Nightwing in their DC section, though! A lot, actually. The star for me was the huge ArtFX Wonder Woman who is just… so beautiful. Dead-on likeness for Gal.     Square-Enix’s DC line has always been a head-scratcher for me. The designs, from the first ones they put out to the Tetsuya Nomura designs, are so very strange and out-there.     SDCC 2016: Kotobukiya’s DC Bishoujo Harley Quinn Gallery

    I’ve really done a 180 on Bishoujo Harley Quinn version 2 since her announcement. At first I was very disappointed in the choice of outfit, but the amazing sculpt quickly won me over. Now, I think it’s safe to say she might be one of my very-favorite Bishoujos… and she’s not even out yet!

    At SDCC we got to take another up-close look at her. We also found out that there will be an exclusive NYCC version of her with the classic black & red color palette, a masked face, and a new weapon (gun instead of hammer). I definitely need them both!
