This time it was Hobby Round 6, and they had a <em>lot</em> on display. Most of it was either released items or things we’ve already seen before. They had garage kits from <em>Slayers</em>, <em>Shining Hearts</em>, <em>Walkure Romanze</em>, <em>Saber Marionette J</em>, and <em>Mashiroiro Symphony</em>. They also had PVC figures from <em>Strike Witches</em>, <em>Phantasty Star Online</em>, <em>Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon, ToHeart2 Dragon Chronicle</em>, <em>Valkyria Chronicles</em>, and <em>Super Robot Wars</em>. The <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/volks-type-moon-pre-order-project-starts" target="_blank">Saber Alter and Extra Dollfies</a> didn’t make an appearance but there were posters for them!</p> <p>Along with the older figures, there were a lot of new announcements too. Their pre-painted garage kit line got two new announcements, one for <em>3×3 Eyes</em>, and the other for Selvaria of <em>Valkyria Chronicles</em>. The <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/volks-hobby-round-6-dollfies-wont-turn-around" target="_blank">mysterious dolls</a> we saw from the back a few days ago were there too, but… they’re old models! They look like Aoi, Yukino, and <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/a-closer-look-at-volks-news-45s-new-goods" target="_blank">the new DDH-06</a>. The wigs and outfits, however, are brand-new.     Last night, Volks held one of their many yearly events. This time it was Hobby Round 6, and they had a lot on display. Most of it was either released items or things we’ve already seen before. They had garage kits from Slayers, Shining Hearts, Walkure Romanze, Saber Marionette J, and Mashiroiro Symphony. Usually with Volks we’ll get a blurry picture of an eye, like for the Shining Wind dolls, or an image of a sword, like they recently did for Saber Extra. But this time, we get full-body shots! From the back!</p> <p>That’s probably because no one knows who the heck these two are, and there’s not much to go by. My guess would be for the little sisters of Moe and Natsuki, but the wig colors aren’t really right for that if they want them to match. The outfits don’t seem like they are from anything in particular, so it’s a mystery!</p> <p>There’s not a whole lot to go on in terms of critiquing the dolls, but I have to admit that I do not like what I am seeing so far. The outfits are painfully dull and the wigs look kind of cheap. Maybe the faces will be great, but I am at the very most just going to pick up the heads by themselves.     Volks’ Hobby Round 6 Dollfies Won’t Turn Around!

    Volks has begun teasing their doll offerings for Hobby Round 6, and they’re pretty big teasers! Usually with Volks we’ll get a blurry picture of an eye, like for the Shining Wind dolls, or an image of a sword, like they recently did for Saber Extra. But this time, we get full-body shots! From the back!
