It was actually a more packed 5 days than usual, with tons of figures going up for order. But surprisingly, no Nendoroids whatsoever! Good Smile, you’re slacking! Instead we had mostly scaled gals, ranging from totally adorable to dark and dangerously sexy. Of course there are some duds as well: in fact, this week we have several hilariously bad releases and one ridiculous mess-up from none other than FREEing. So hit the jump to check ‘em all out!</p>

    PVC Pre-Order Roundup: 10/21~10/25

  • <p><a rel="attachment wp-att-31899 slb_group[31878] slb slb_internal" href="http://www.plastikitty.com/?attachment_id=31899"></a></p> <p>Due to Dengeki’s 20th Anniversary festivities, <em>To Aru Kagaku no Railgun</em> has suddenly grown in popularity again with figure makers. Especially with Wave, who sure to like to stretch a license for all it’s worth! Now they’re doing Beach Queens of both Misaka Imouto and Last Order, two of the most adorable clones around. Both are ¥3,800 and Imouto will come out in April, with Last Order seeing a May release.</p> <p>Thankfully, unlike <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/waves-new-mikoto-taiga-beach-queens" target="_blank">the matching Mikoto</a>, neither of these are exclusives! I think Imouto is the best of the two and has a really unique face and pose for a Beach Queen. Last Order is just moe overload! I mean good lord, that alternate face is so sugary-sweet it’ll rot your teeth.     Misaka Imouto & Last Order Are Added To The Beach Queens Line

But with the bad comes the good, and there were indeed some very lovely figures this week, like Good Smile Company’s Homura and a delicious pair of exclusives.
