    Good Smile Company Delays Sena & Princess of Crystal… Again

    If you feel like you’re having deja vu it’s because these figures have been delayed before. Multiple times.     AmiAmi has this nasty habit of combining our orders into big glumps that overlap between months.     Alter’s Princess Of The Crystal Takes My Breath Away

    Alter’s Princess of the Crystal was love at first sculpt, even before I knew she was done by Yagyuu Toshiyuki, my very favorite sculptor. Her painted scans were even better than I imagined, and I’ve been tensely waiting for actual preview images and a release date. Well, they’re finally here!

    Miyazawa Model Exhibition Fall 2012: Kotobukiya

    Kotobukiya didn’t have anything new on display at the Miyazawa Model Exhibition this year, but they did bring along a whole ton of figures that are up for order like Fire Sakuya, Kuroyukihime, Vash the Stampede, the Yotsuba & KOS-MOS kits, the controversial Dark Magician, and Cu-Poches Haruka & Madoka. Even some Bishoujos showed up, like Jaina Solo and Jaycee, so check them all out in the gallery!

While it’s not quite as big as, say Wonder Festival, there were a massive amount of garage kits at the event. To no one’s surprise Touhou Project, <em>Madoka Magica</em>, and Miku Hatsune led the pack in number of kits. In fact, Touhou kind of overwhelmed Treasure Festa! There were also many custom figma accessories, a really cool idea.
