  • <p><a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/?attachment_id=81219" rel="attachment wp-att-81219"></a></p> <p>We’ve seen the rest of Kotobukiya’s DC TV line (<a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/toy-fair-2017-kotobukiyas-arrow-artfx-gallery" target="_blank">Arrow</a>, <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/toy-fair-2017-kotobukiyas-supergirl-artfx-gallery" target="_blank">Supergirl</a>, <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/toy-fair-2017-kotobukiyas-flash-artfx-gallery" target="_blank">The Flash</a>) so now it’s time for <em>Gotham</em>! Which, so far, is the only show to have more than one figure in it. Because you know everyone likes the villain more than the protagonist, but you can’t start a line off without a hero!</p> <p>My main question is, who names a little baby Oswald Cobblepot? You’re basically just asking to create a supervillain at that point, right? That or an NFL player (I’m looking at you, Ha Ha Clinton Dix). Both Oswald/Penguin and Jim Gordon are painted and ready for orders. Who would you like to see next in the line, Plastikitties?</p>

    Toy Fair 2017: Kotobukiya’s Gotham ArtFX+ Gallery

    We’ve seen the rest of Kotobukiya’s DC TV line (Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash) so now it’s time for Gotham! Which, so far, is the only show to have more than one figure in it. Because you know everyone likes the villain more than the protagonist, but you can’t start a line off without a hero!

Between Marvel and DC, it seems like at least 40% of new shows are based around comic franchises. A stark change from 10 years ago, no?</p> <p>So it’s no surprise that Kotobukiya has been hard at work on their <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/kotobukiya-panel-nycc-2016-dc-tv-shows" target="_blank">DC TV show line</a>! We’ve got <em>Gotham</em> (James Gordon & Oswald Cobblepot), The Flash, and Arrow on display. And one big surprise reveal: they had Supergirl there! The detail they get with 3D sculpting is so amazing I actually though her skirt was real fabric at first glance.</p>
