Actually it definitely isn’t just me, because Mitsuru only has two figures: one from Kotobukiya and one from Alter, and they were both produced a very long time ago. I have the Kotobukiya one, in fact it was my very first PVC figure! And I think the Alter one sucks, so I really desperately need more Mitsuru in my life. Enter Vertex, my lord and savior, bringing us Mitsuru in her <em>Persona 4 Arena</em> outfit.</p> <p>This was <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/summer-wonder-festival-2012-vertexs-mitsuru-kirijou" target="_blank">announced</a> what seems like forever ago, and we <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/vertex-makes-some-changes-to-their-awesome-mitsuru" target="_blank">last saw her</a> only a little while back but now we’re getting a full gallery of her perfection. Just look at that coat, that hair, her face! It’s everything I dreamed it would be and more.     Take A Closer Look At Vertex’s Persona 4 Arena Mitsuru

    Mitsuru Kirijou from Persona 3 is one of my favorite character in the history of everything, and in my mind she doesn’t have nearly enough figures.     The Persona 4 Pettankos Are Perfectly Adorable

    When Penguin Parade first announced their Pettanko line, I was overall pretty happy with it. I mean, who doesn’t need more cute in their life? But as time went on a few problems surfaced. The sculpts in general didn’t match up to the cuteness of the art, they tended to take on characters I didn’t care about, and a lot of the time they ended up as exclusives or fancy prize figures. Thankfully the line is getting back to what I always hoped it would be: adorable versions of characters I actually liked!

    Magazine Scans: April 2013

    Level Up With A Second Set Of Persona 4 Metal Charms

    Remember that set of Persona 4 metal charms featuring Yu, Chie, Kanji and Naoto along with their Personas? Well there are more than 4 characters in the game so it’s no surprise that we are getting a second set! This time it features Yosuke, Yukiko, Rise and Teddie along with their first-tier Personas. Shocking, I know!

    Like the first set, it’s ¥4,300 for a set of 12 on AmiAmi with a June release–which, yes, means you’ll get a few dupes. There are two secret figures but even taking them into account you’re left over with 2 extras!     Vertex Makes Some Changes To Their Awesome Mitsuru

    Mitsuru is hands down my favorite character from any Persona game, with Rise as a close second. When they announced their first two releases, Izanagi and Aegis, people weren’t so sure what their quality would be like. But <a href="http://www.plastikitty.com/home/check-out-taitos-final-izanagi-from-persona-4" target="_blank">we’ve already seen Izanagi</a>, and he looked awesome! So how about Atlus’ most famous robot?</p> <p>Well, she looks awesome too! Of course the details aren’t perfect: there are seamlines in the hair like woah and some of the paint is a bit fuzzy, but considering that she costs about $15 it’s pretty darn impressive. Plus her pose is actually much more exciting than the pricey renditions of her.     Taito’s Prize Figure Aegis Enters The Arena

    Usually we don’t do extensive galleries of prize figures, let alone released ones, but Taito’s Persona 4 Arena line is something special. When they announced their first two releases, Izanagi and Aegis, people weren’t so sure what their quality would be like. But we’ve already seen Izanagi, and he looked awesome!     We already saw what underdog company ques Q had to offer at Wonder Festival, but they had so many amazing figures it can’t hurt to take a second look! Especially since so many of them are from popular game franchises. I’m sure what interests our readers the most are the two figures from Persona 3: Aegis in her school uniform and Elizabeth, who is based on a garage kit.

    Today On The Internet: figma Aegis’ Grand Debut

    When it was announced that Max Factory would be giving us yet another figma of Aegis from Persona 3, people seemed… less than thrilled. We have a ton of Aegis already, and there have been two figma versions of her in the past! This one, however, was based on her Persona 4 Arena getup and the overall sculpt looked greatly improved.
