The Persona 4 Pettankos Are Perfectly Adorable

When Penguin Parade first announced their Pettanko line, I was overall pretty happy with it. I mean, who doesn’t need more cute in their life? But as time went on a few problems surfaced. The sculpts in general didn’t match up to the cuteness of the art, they tended to take on characters I didn’t care about, and a lot of the time they ended up as exclusives or fancy prize figures. In a surprise move they’re doing Yu Narukami and Rise Kujikawa from Persona 4, a property I really didn’t expect. Both of them, of course, come with optional glasses and will retail for ¥2,500 a pop with a September release. They’re standard releases, thank god, and should be going up for order very soon!
