No one brings more to the convention than Super7, and it seems like 2012 will be no exception: in fact, they almost have more than usual! We’ve got a ton to cover here, so let’s just dive right in. From their regular lineup we are getting a Debut Yellow version of the Pocket Baseball Boy and a Debut Goop Grey colorway of Fossilla: this is the first painted colorway of the Baseball Boy and the first release of Josh Herbolsheimer’s Fossilla. We’re also getting an Irradiated Taoking, a Caramel & Cream Foster, a Rainbow Sherbet Milton, a Skulletor version of Pumpkin Boy, a Marbled Red Swirl Zombiefighter, and Chocolate Racer colorway of the Casket Cruiser. Note that Fenton is surprisingly absent, but the other two from the candy trio got SDCC colorways. In fact, it’s been a really long time since we’ve seen a new Fenton… I miss him!

From the Monster Family we’re getting quite a few new releases. There’s a Glittering Pink version of Bwanna Spoons’ Frederick the Beetle, a new figure that’s a mashup of Hollis and Le Turd called (unsurprisingly) Hollis Turd in a debut colorway, Leecifer’s Honoo in Translucent Pink, Leroy C. by Invisible Creature in Translucent Green, a Glow in the Dark Green colorway of Little Prick, and last but definitely not least David Horvath’s adorable Power Mister in Translucent Grey Glitter.

Whew, that’s a lot! I am pretty enamored with some of these, especially the Power Mister, Frederick, and Milton. They will all be available at the convention, so be sure to bring a full wallet if you stop by their booth!

[via Super7's Blog]

From the Monster Family we’re getting quite a few new releases. New Additions: Box ‘o Super7

Hot on the heels of the red Foster from earlier this month we are getting what seems to be a pink GID release of him! It seems like Foster is incredibly popular, since this is the fourth release of him in only 2 months! We had the SDCC Foster, the mint version, the aforementioned red Foster, and now a GID one! But I love the little guy, so I am not going to complain.

Along with Foster we’re getting a figure we haven’t seen in a while–David Horvath‘s Power Mister! This monster has been mia for quite a while, so it’s great to see a new colorway. Power Mister is in a gorgeous blue with vivid green eyes. Hopefully this means we’ll be seeing some of the Super7 figures that haven’t gotten colorways in a while, like Fenton! Perhaps we will get some new colorways of the candy duo later this month… or the first release of Casket Cruiser, perhaps?

Both of these are going up for sale this Friday, presumably at noon PST at their online store. Foster should be $18 or $25, and Power Mister $35, as these are their usual prices! Anyone looking forward to adding some color to their collection?

UPDATE: Super7′s Blog has just posted some full-body shots of these guys, which you can find in the gallery, as well as all of the release info! As we guessed, they will be going up at noon this Friday the 23rd PST, and Foster will retail for $25 while Power Mister will be $35. We also have names: Foster is Strawberry GID, and Power Mister is the Purple Puncher edition. However… he’s blue! There’s only a hit of purple on his belly and ears, but I assume it will be more prominent in person than in these shots as S7 pieces tend to look a lot different (and better!) in real life.

[via Super7 Twitter]
