  • When was the last time you heard the name Alpha x Omega? If you’re a newer figure fan, you might not even know about this company, which is a collaboration between Alter and MegaHouse. They (technically) have worked on some of MegaHouse’s Yamato girls, but their last stand-alone piece was of Yagyu Kyubei in 2013. That’s a long time to go figure-less, and I kind of assumed they were defunct. But thankfully (because their quality is usually great), they’ve come back together! And, oddly enough, it’s to mass-produce a Primal Heart sculpt. This is weird because Alter has produced some of them, so it’s odd to see a team-up for one of their sculpts. This time it’s of an amazing Halloween version of Eri Ayase, which is just… perfect. I really like Eri’s design but none of her figures have really spoken to me until now. [via figure/GK]

  • Primal Heart is a rather small garage kit company. They don’t make many sculpts, but the ones they do have an undeniable wow factor. Gorgeous, crisp sculpting and fantastic true-to-the-art faces. They tend to focus primarily on the Fate/Stay Night girls… or Saber. Kind of only Saber. And for last Treasure Festa, they had the most gorgeous Saber Extra I’ve seen (so far). Since both their Saber Lily and Pajama Saber got picked up, and by different companies to boot, I don’t think it’s a stretch to think that this will get a PVC production. I mean, it’s not even just their Saber figures that get PVC love: Alter’s Senran Kagura Asuka? Yup, that’s a Primal Heart sculpt. But for now let’s just wait patiently and drool over this amazing gallery. [via One Knight Stands]

  • For a while now, I’ve been pleading with the figure gods to pick up Primal Heart’s Pajama Saber garage kit and make her into PVC so I could own this impossibly cute version of Arturia. At Wonder Fetstival we found out my dreams were coming true–though oddly enough this time around it would be Wing taking on their work! Which is strange indeed because their Saber Lily kit was picked up by Alter. But after seeing these promo pictures of the completed Pajama Saber I’m pretty confident in Wing. I mean, she looks perfect! I was a bit annoyed at first that Alter had passed her up (or whatever happened backstage), but oh my god so cute I need her right now! Orders start today, and sadly she comes out in dreaded December. [via Wing’s Blog]

  • We get a lot of Saber figures, but not many of them feature her looking cute–usually she’s in battle armor looking ferocious and/or elegant. Even Alter’s Summer Saber isn’t exactly cutesy but more peaceful. But of course there are many versions¬† of Saber that could be considered totally moe, and the gk circle Primal Heart is bringing one to Wonder Festival! This is the Pajama version of Saber, and is perhaps the closest she’ll get to looking like a normal girl and not, you know, a king. And oh goodness does she look cute here! The pose, the face, it’s just too much! And if you’d like to own this cutie, she’ll be released at the upcoming Winter Wonder Festival. Don’t have gk painting skills? Well, Primal Heart also did that perfect Saber Lily that Alter picked up so don’t lose hope! [via Primal Heart]
