The first few weeks of the new year are not very exciting for figure collectors. Almost all figure companies go on vacation until the 4th, and when they come back they’re not exactly at the top of their game. Releases come out at a trickle, and they tend to save the big figures for later in the month when we’ve all recovered from the holiday rush.
But of course that doesn’t mean we have nothing for you this week! We’ve got a decent lineup of figures, ranging from very big to very small. Girls with swords, guys with guns, Vocaloids with headphones, we’ve got ‘em all! Check them out after the jump.

There sure is a lot of exciting news coming out of Tamashii Nations! This is one I’ve been waiting for: a Lelouch Lamperouge S.H.Figuarts. Bandai has had the Code Geass license for a while and has really only given us some sub-par Chibi-Arts like permanently sitting C.C, but I wanted a good representation of the wonderful Lulu. Well, ask and you shall receive! We’re getting Lelouch in his awesome Zero gear, complete with mask. While figmas are great and all, the figma version of Lulu was only in the school uniform. So this is great news for Code Geass fans!

Once again, our loot is two months late! I was thinking back about our July and June posts, though, and it doesn’t seem so bad. We didn’t even get payment requests for our August orders until mid-September, and it takes a while to receive everything and then organize it all. If you order only 1 one 2 figures a month you’ll get them right on time, but the bigger the order the longer the delay.
Anyway, back on topic! August was our biggest month ever for figure orders, as we ended up with both of our AmiAmi orders and a flood of exclusives that all seemed to come out at once. It’s probably going to be our biggest month ever (or at least for quite some time), as Stephen and I have started trimming down our orders quite a bit.
